Sex is an important part of any relationship. So I can understand why you so dearly want a way to finally put an end to your premature ejaculation problems. The good news is, PE is not a condition which you have to stick with for the rest of your life – it is perfectly curable and can be easily stopped!

There are 3 main factors as to why premature ejaculation happens. PE is caused by mental factors, physical, as well as health issues. And in order to be permanently free from PE, you have to address these 3 factors altogether.

Tip #1: Reprogramming Yourself Mentally

One of the biggest misconception today is that your biggest sex organ is your genital. No… the truth of the matter is, your brain plays the biggest part during sex!

The key to being able to last longer in bed is to relieve your mind from all the sexual anxiety which you often experience while making love. This allows you greater control over your ejaculation, and not end up shooting off way too soon.

Here is one tip you can use: focus on giving her pleasure first. Spend some time on foreplay before penetrating her. You will see this makes your mind and body more relaxed, helping you to hold off an early climax!

Tip #2: Strengthening Your Sexual Muscles

Your Pubococcygeus muscle (or PC muscle), located at your pelvis floor, is responsible for controlling both your urination and ejaculation. It is ultimately important for you to condition it and enhance its strength in order for you to achieve better control to hold back your ejaculation during sex.

One of the several exercises you can do to make your PC muscle stronger is by clenching it for several repetitions. Contract the muscle as if you are holding back your urination, and hold it for 10 seconds. Release the muscle and relax for another 10 seconds. You do this for about 20 repetitions, twice a day.

Tip #3: Eat Avocado

Avocado is an awesome and delicious food which you can add to just about any other meal or snack. It superbly helps to increase the amount of right nutrients to get you physically and mentally prepared for a wild night of passion in the bedroom.

Why Avocado?

Not just because of its healthily low Cholesterol and Sodium content. Avocados are also an excellent source of dietary fibre, Vitamin B-Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, lots of minerals, proteins, and amino acids; all of which provide your body and mind with the necessary power for you to perform well sexually!
