The measure of the pressure in which the water shoots from such a washer is called a PSI or the Pounds per Square Inch. The higher the PSI, the greater the pressure of the water being shot from the machine. 3000-4000 PSI is quite a good measure, for such washers.
Pressure washers can come in three types, in terms of their weight and portability, namely the portable type, Skid mounted type and the Trailer Rig. The portable washer is a light weighted and easy to carry washer, as the name suggests. They are also more affordable and are used to clean a considerably lesser area than the other types. The Skid mounted or truck mounted type of washers are completely business-oriented. One of the negative aspects of this type is that the truck could break down quite frequently, resulting in being repaired for about a week. Trailer Rig is impressive to look at and also is aimed to serve for commercial purpose. Also pulling a trailer is easier and better. A trailer rig also has facilities to store tools, wands, hoses, chemicals etc, if designed properly.
